Figures for June have marked another great increase, Sales are up and are the highest in 5 years which is a great sign that Spain’s property market is well on the road to recovery.
Throughout the month of June a total of 36,850 sales were registered that’s nearly 20% increase on the same month last year, in all of Spain’s 17 regions only 2 decreases were recorded.
These results clearly show that it is not just a one off rise, its a fact that is a long term trend and seems to be getting better results each and every month.
