Spain’s Costa del Sol is still one of the most popular places for second home owners from overseas market.

The Costa del Sol, is continuing to attract wealthy foreign buyers, and increasing numbers of international buyers are coming to purchase a second home in Marbella and the surrounding areas.

With the largest amount of new sales being sold to the Scandinavians with the UK and France not far behind.

Our report shows that the Costa del Sol is still one of the most desirable spots which include Marbella, San Pedro, and Estepona.

The volume of sales for 2018 compared to 2017 has been larger than anticipated, with the biggest increase being the new build sector which accounts for more than 70% of all sales across the coast.
