A new live music event has been organized in Alhaurín el Grande to aid cancer patients and their loved ones, hosted by the local association Un Sí Por La Vida. The Alhaurín Pop-Rock Fest will be held on May 13th at the CEIP Emilia Olivares, featuring a diverse range of musicians and DJs such as Alejados, Velacruz, Leeloo Music, Malavé, DJ Yu, and DJ Manolo Jiménez.
Tickets for the festival are five euros and include a complimentary drink, available for purchase at the cancer charity's headquarters located on Calle Esperanza. The event has received support from the town hall, Radio Televisión Alhaurín El Grande, Lugar de Encuentro magazine, Tocata Radio FM, Cervezas Cruzcampo, Café Lemour, and the Nómadas barber shop.
Francisco Torres, president of the association, emphasized the event's significance and called upon residents and visitors to 'join the cause.' He stated that 'this festival is yet another example of our commitment in the fight against cancer and the support for patients and their families. We want to fill Alhaurín El Grande with music and, at the same time, contribute to such an important campaign.'
